BRIEF SUMMARY

This study explores how learning the Alexander Technique can support learning in musical theatre. The research found that an Alexander course improves awareness of the connection between thoughts, body and surroundings. This led to improvements in rehearsal routines, observation skills, and suggests potential benefits for other fields engaged in embodied education.
