Kirsten Harris (MSTAT) has been working as an Alexander Technique teacher at the music school for nearly 20 years, one day a week. She says, 'I work with specialist musicians in main stream education. My job is to ensure that from the age of 12, when the children start having Alexander Technique lessons, until they leave school to go onto music colleges at the age of 18, that they do not suffer from any repetitive stress injuries due to the rigours of training as specialist musicians. As well as this I work with students to develop their poise and confidence in performance'.
