MATTS is a long-established, internationally known and affiliated, STAT-recognised first-class training course for teachers of the Alexander Technique.
With a friendly and vibrant atmosphere, MATTS is currently the largest teacher training course in the UK. We have a highly experienced team of senior teachers, and receive frequent visits by notable teachers from the UK and around the world. The MATTS training meets all the standards of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT) and affliated bodies worldwide, and those of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) in the UK.
