I have had a busy Alexander Technique teaching practice for 37 years and I am based in Wilmslow, Cheshire (near Manchester Airport).

I am available for individual lessons on five days each week, including evenings and Saturday mornings. My attractive and spacious practice rooms are 100 metres from the town centre, and there is ample free parking on site.

I offer a free consultation, so you can meet me without commitment and ask any questions that you have - so you can get a better idea if lessons in the Alexander Technique could be the help that you are looking for and if I am the right teacher for you.

I also run introductory classes and workshops, lead a weekly class for qualified Alexander Technique teachers and experienced students and lead the Manchester AT Training School (MATTS), a professional training course for teachers.
