Summer Picnic with Friends of the Alexander Technique

All Friends of the Alexander Technique, plus families and friends of friends are welcome to an open air picnic on Sunday the 9th of July 2017 from 1.00pm till late.
We will meet in front of the Open Air Theatre Booking Office, Inner Circle, Regent's Park, London NW1 4NU. Bring along drink and food plus musical instruments and games to share. May even be a chance to have mass semi-supine lying down session! We look forward to seeing you there.
Please note that we only expect people to attend weather permitting.
