Rhiannon Jones

I am a music graduate, a qualified teacher and graduated from MATTS in 2017. She have taught Alexander Technique continuously in Chester since 2018 working with individuals.  

My studio is ground floor accessible with no steps and there is free on-street parking immediately adjacent. I offer lessons during the day and early evening.

The first lesson is 1 hour and subsequent lessons are 45 minutes long. Clients are introduced to chair, wall and table work. The aim is to teach through gentle practice awareness of how we use our bodies and how we can improve our use to minimise pain and discomfort.
The cost per lesson is £45.
