I've been teaching the Alexander Technique full time since 2002. I'm based in Beckenham, south east London.

I can help you with pain, posture, mobility, malco-ordination and stress, along with habits of thinking and response which may be holding you back. I can also help you to improve your confidence, performance and presentation skills.
