I love teaching the Alexander Technique and find teaching people really rewarding. I love supporting people to change and find out new things about themselves.
I completed my training as an Alexander Technique teacher in 2005 qualifying from the Bristol Alexander Technique Training School Association (BATTSA) where I trained with the late Ali Burrows and have since been teaching both one to one and in groups. I work with a wide range of people from people wanting to improve their posture, experiencing pain, recovering from surgery, during pregnancy to performers and athletes.
I have a specific interest in fitness and The Alexander Technique and enjoy working with dancers, runners and people who like to move and keep fit at any level.
I have two young children and along side dancing I love running, walking, yoga, good food and smiles.
