Liesbeth studied full-time for three years at the Alexander Technique Center Amsterdam. She graduated in June 1999. She is a STAT (the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique) certified teacher and is a member of the Dutch Association of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (NeVLAT).                                                She is still commitTed to learning and growth and has been refining her technique since 2020 with Mio Morales (primal Alexander).

Since Covid-19 she specialized in teaching online, this way of teaching shows you how to help yourself, discover your power and blossom into your full potential.

Nowadays she primarily teaches online!
