Mr Paolo Frigoli

Paolo Frigoli was born in 1964. He trained at the Italian Alexander Technique Centre with Frances Robinson and Angelo Cinque, qualifying in 1992, and has been a member of STAT since then. Between 1992 and 1995 he undertook four terms of postgraduate training with John and Carolyn Nicholls in Brighton, UK, and has subsequently maintained a mentoring relationship with John Nicholls. Paolo has enriched his experience of the Technique by taking lessons from Walter Carrington, Peggy Williams and attending workshops with expert teachers in Italy, UK and New York. Since he qualified he has taught the Technique privately and has run workshops and courses around Italy. He was on the Continuous Learning Faculty at the 2008 International Congress of the Alexander Technique. He's been invited to teach on training courses in Sao Paolo, Brazil (2012), and in Terrassa, Spain (2013). In September 2015 he has started a STAT approved teacher training course in Coccaglio (BS), Italy: the Alexander Technique Academy. Paolo has a background in physical therapy and has studied Cranio-Sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute.
