Ms Pauline Wetherell

Pauline has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1983. She was privileged to train with Walter Carrington, one of the first generation of Alexander teachers trained by Alexander himself.

For many years she has had teaching practices in both London and Birmingham where she gives lessons to the students at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, her own background being in music having studied as a singer at the Royal Academy.

Over the years she has worked with a wide range of clients, they come for many reasons from seeking solutions for ongoing pain and discomfort to the need to hone specialist performance skills in the arts or sport. People also come to gain a wider sense of wellbeing in their life.
