Based in South Wales, my main practice is in Swansea. I also visit London to teach about once a month to give one-to-one lessons.
I have been teaching the Alexander Technique consistently for 30 years, and have wide experience of helping people of all ages with a wide range of interests, activities and problems.
As a musician myself, I've built up a reputation for working with performers, and have taught at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff since 1995.
I work in collaboration with Yoga teacher Anna Goldbeck-Wood on a project called Kiri wo Miru - Gazing into the Mist - offering courses and retreats combining the best of Alexander Technique and Yoga teaching.
I am the regular Alexander Technique teacher on the residential course Marnaves Summer Baroque, a week-long Summer school in August held in South West France, aimed at music students and young professional string players.
