Ms Sian Rees

Sian trained at The Alexander Technique Teacher Training School in London. Teachers included Anthony Kingsley (Director), Paul Moore (Head of Alexander Technique at The Royal Academy of Music) and Howard Sykes (then Director of Alexander Technique at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA)). The emphasis was to provide a hands-on experience of the Alexander Technique way. She now combines this approach with suggestions on how to use AT in everyday living.

Sian teaches in a private studio on Kings Hill (with off-road parking).

She has taught AT on the Performing Arts Scholarship Programme at Valley Park School in Maidstone, worked with musicians, office workers, home-makers and people with many varied interests.
