Mr Noël Kingsley

Noël Kingsley had his first Alexander Technique lessons in 1972 with Aksel and Jeanne Haahr in Glasgow.

After a 15 year career in retail marketing he decided to train as a teacher of the technique with Walter Carrington, qualifying in 1993.

He taught Alexander Technique at the Carrington's Holland Park Alexander teacher training centre for several years before eventually setting up an independent full-time teaching practice in Cavendish Square, London W1.

Noël had a very busy full-time teaching practice during his 22 years in the Harley Street area of London's West End, and worked with very many people from UK and abroad. When Covid 19 occurred in 2020 he moved with his wife to Beaminster in Dorset where he continues to give Alexander Techique lessons to local people.

Noël visits London on a monthly basis to give 3 days of private Alexander Technique lessons at the Constructive Teaching Centre, Imperial Wharf, London SW6 2UB. Please visit the website email or phone for more information.
