I came to the Alexander Technique having suffered with back pain and I have been teaching since 1996. I have private practices and group sessions in St Leonards on Sea and Hastings. I also hold group sessions in Bexhill.

My main focus is helping people with pain, mobility and co-ordination and I have developed walking workshops aimed at helping those with mobility problems. I also offer ergonomic and posture sessions to companies. I welcome the opportunity to give talks to groups and have worked with groups such as Parkinson’s Disease, Osteoporosis and the W.I.
