Caroline Dale

Caroline has been teaching the Technique for 21 years. She came to the Technique in 1996 in a search for relief from a frozen shoulder. During the following two years she became so deeply interested in the principles and benefits of the Technique that she trained as a teacher. She runs Alexander Technique London offering individual sessions, introductory group classes and workplace advice. She gives presentations and workshops to a variety of professional and educational organisations

As a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT), Caroline has served as a member of Council, acted as Chair of the PR and Marketing Committee and Chair of the Training Course Committee.

Qualifications:
Diploma Alexander Technique –  North London Teacher Training Course.
City & Guilds Level 4 Certificate in Further Education Teaching.
Open College Network Alexander Technique Teachers’ Post Qualification Pathway certification.
