Michelle Cole is an experienced teacher of the Alexander Technique. She trained with Walter and Dilys Carrington and completed her training in 1997. Before training as an Alexander technique teacher Michelle managed a project set up to raise awareness about occupational health with a focus on ergonomics and work related upper limb disorders (RSI).
She runs a busy private practice from the Bloomsbury Alexander Centre in central London, from Canary Wharf and from Lewisham. For the last two years she has been providing in-house Alexander Technique at Barts and the London NHS Trust. She is available to provide workshops in the workplace and in the past has worked with a number of companies including Credit Suisse and the London Boroughs of Lewisham and Tower Hamlets.
As well as offering individual lessons at all locations, Michelle runs regular introductory workshops in Lewisham. See below for details. With extensive experience of world-wide cycle touring as well as London cycle commuting, Michelle has recently begun offering workshops on applying the Alexander Technique to cycling.
