This course is designed for:

  1. Those of you who would like to improve your posture in movement whilst practising Yoga, to enable you to achieve maximum benefit with minimal effort and no pain!
  2. Those of you who mistakenly believe that Yoga is beyond your capabilities. You would like to improve your flexibility and strength but are not sure how to do this. By adapting activities (asanas) to meet your individual needs, thus reducing fear, you

Two hours may seem a long session, but this will not be what you would expect in a regular yoga session, as it will involve underpinning Alexander Technique during experimentation. You will also learn by observation and discussion, and we will move mindfully, giving ourselves time to discover how our body can move gracefully and with ease.
