Addressing the causes of back pain, poor posture and shallow breathing will let you keep doing what you love, with more ease, for as long as possible.

Starting 17 April 2024, join us in this friendly weekly class and explore gentle movements, discover how to change unhelpful habits and enjoy a deep relaxation.

Life experience is all that’s required – plus a yoga mat and a handful of paperback books!

Each week we will explore a different theme. There will be a mixture of mindful relaxation and gentle exercises/games using Alexander Technique principles.

There is no obligation to come every week but the more you come, the more you will get out of the class.
