Lawrie Wright and Jessica Lee Morgan lead a short course of four Alexander Technique lessons in a small group.They take place in The Practice Rooms in Reading.

The Practice Rooms in Reading is on Castle Street, opposite the Magistrates Court and next to the Filter Coffee House.
Parking can be found on the street for two hours, but it can get busy. The Oracle car park is 10 minutes walk away. It's about a 15 minute walk to Reading Station.
When you arrive for your lesson, the front door should be open. You'll be told in your confirmation email which room you're in, so to your right you'll find an array of coloured doorbells. Press the correct one. The inner door will disengage when I press my room button. Please make sure you close it behind you. I will come down and meet you the first time.
The rooms are on four floors. We'll probably be on the first floor up one flight of stairs, but do let me know if you need a ground floor room. Toilets are on the basement floor. There are no lifts.
