Introductory Alexander Technique Day Course in a beautiful location on the North York Moors

How well do you move? Do you have back pain, neck ache, aches and pains whilst using a laptop, ipad or mobile? Are you stressed or worried about your posture?

Then come along to this Introductory course and learn how to move in an easier way with less tension and effort. 

We will look at the Principles of the Alexander Technique in a practical, fun and experiential way helping you to improve your posture, ease backache and de-stress. We will look at everyday activities including standing, sitting, bending and walking.

I started the Alexander Technique due to slight scoliosis and a stretched nerve in my left lower back and I thought it would improve my posture which could only help my injury! I've got far more out of the technique than just improved posture! The first thing that I've learned is how to work with my Alexander Technique teacher and my body to control the pain! When the horrible muscle spasms start, I can now use breathing to help instead of lying on the floor helpless.
