Then come along to this Introductory course and learn how to move in an easier way with less tension and effort.
We will look at the Principles of the Alexander Technique in a practical, fun and experiential way helping you to improve your posture, ease backache and de-stress. We will look at everyday activities including standing, sitting, bending and walking.
Please bring along a mat and a few thin paperback books and wear loose fitting clothing, preferably trousers or leggings.
