Alexander Technique - an introduction

Onetime session

On this introductory Alexander Technique course we will explore how becoming aware of and release habitual tension patterns will help to restore your body's balance and poise and regain good alignment and co-ordination in everyday activities as well as during exercise. You will get individual hands-on guidance as well as learning some practical tips to take away with you.
