This course is designed for:

  • Those who would like to improve your posture in movement whilst practising yoga, to enable you to achieve maximum benefit with minimal effort and no pain!
  • Those of you who mistakenly believe that Yoga is beyone your capabilities. You would like to improve your flexibility and strength but are not sure how to do this. By adapting activites (asanas) to meet your individual needs, thus reducing fear, you will be pleasantly surprised at what you are able to achieve and how much better you feel.
