Dear Michael,

Thanks for taking the time to consider my ideas, and to share your thoughts. Here are my specific responses.

This summer, I submitted a Letter to the Editor of Statnews in response to Letters by Robbin Simmons and Michael Parkinson critical of my ideas on sitting. 

Without my knowledge or consent, the Letter was edited....poorly. It distorted my message. Important material was deleted.
