Sarah is an experienced and fully qualified Alexander Technique Teacher. Her 3 year F/T training was at the Brighton Alexander Technique College (BATC) under Head of Training Carolyn Nicholls. Subsequently teaching as an Alexander Technique teacher trainer at BATC, Sarah has also enjoyed running her own private teaching practice since qualifying in 2016. She has had the privilege of teaching the Alexander Technique under Carolyn Nicholls at the West Dean International Classical Guitar Festival in Sussex for a number of years, utilizing her passion for improved practice and performance skills for musicians.

Sarah teaches musicians, non-musicians and others who are keen to learn more helpful approaches to activity and rest. 

Her teaching practice is based in the Elm Grove area of Brighton, a short walk or bus ride from the city centre.
