Ms Sandra Leal

I trained at the Constructive Teaching Centre in 1986, with Walter and Dilys Carrington. As well as my private practice, over the years, I have taught the Alexander Technique at a GP surgery, at Mount Vernon Hospital cancer support centre, two drama schools (Mountview and Marymount College) and at North London Collegiate School for Girls in Edgware. I have also assisted in the training of AT teachers both at the Constructive Teaching Centre, and the AT Studio in Wandsworth. I moved to Frome, Somerset in 2021, where I give private lessons from home.
