I trained at the Fellside Centre in Kendal and have been teaching for thirteen years, mainly in Glasgow till I moved to London in 2011. I work one to one at home with individual pupils. I first came across the Alexander Technique through working as an actor and realised its benefits to performers, though I've worked with people from all walks of life including a long distance lorry driver and a judge!
