I trained with Walter and Dylis Carrington in London, qualifying in 1986. I ran a busy practice in London and then Portsmouth for several years before moving to Germany with my violinist husband and teaching in Potsdam and Berlin. Returning to the UK in 1997 I have been teaching since that time in Liverpool and N.W. Lancashire. I have experience teaching people coming to the Alexander Technique with a very wide range of problems from adolescents with shyness, to the elderly wishing to move more easily and to people suffering from serious illnesses and pain. I currently have a particular interest in working with creative artists.
