Mrs Louise Hemphrey

I trained at the Constructive Teaching Centre with Walter Carrington between the years of 2002 and 2005.  I have a private Alexander Technique practice in Hythe, Kent.  Also, for the last twelve years I have worked in the NHS, East Kent Community Chronic Pain Team, teaching the Alexander Technique as a tool to help manage pain alongside other disciplines.
