While living in Tokyo I hit a dead end in my major, the flute, and while studying abroad in Germany, I discovered the Alexander Technique (AT) and realized that how you use your body is fundamental to everything.

Furthermore, the scoliosis that had plagued me for many years was greatly improved by the Chair Axis Method.

Currently, I am working to spread the use of AT and the Chair Axis Method not only to musicians, but also to a variety of other fields, including the elderly and children's education. I am also constantly searching for ways to realize the music I have always wanted to play through the flute!
