Katherine Mitchell

I have been teaching the Alexander Technique as my primary occupation for thirty years, working with people from all walks of like. I have a private practice teaching one-on-one lessons and introductory workshops. I've worked in the academic setting giving semester-long AT classes, and have trained AT teachers. I trained with Joan and Alex Murray, graduating in 1989. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing and a BPS in Choreography.
