Certified by STAT and AmSAT, I've been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1990 and hold a BS in Education and Psychology. After teaching for several years in Palo Alto, California, I returned to the Boston area where I maintain a private teaching practice in Newton. My students range in age from 8 to 96 and use the AT to improve posture, relieve pain and improve performance of such activities as sitting at a computer, walking, playing an instrument, speaking and hitting a golf ball. I love to walk, bike ride, garden, meditate and cross-country ski and I've found that each of these is enhanced by what I've learned from the AT.
