I qualified in 2005 and combine running my own private practice with regular sessions at Grayshott Medical Spa. I also provide talks and workshops to organisations whose employees or members are at risk of developing health problems from poor posture.
I come from an I.T. background and have found the Alexander Technique Indispenable in dealing with my neck and shoulder issues.
I also have a great love of walking and this interest has transformed into providing courses around "walking with awareness". Walking powered by The Alexander Technique! Improving balance and co-ordination helps you re-connect with good natural movement. You find a lighter easier stride and walking becomes less effort and much more enjoyable. Discomfort fades and the distance you can walk increases. Well-being improves and it can become a more mindful experience. A win, win situation.
