Elizabeth has had a lifelong interest in human movement and sport and has taught at various times ballet, tap dancing, trampolining, diving, karate and Kayaking whilst pursuing a successful career in Personnel Management. Twenty years ago the world of Alexander Technique proved too hard to resist and she trained as a teacher at the Constructive Teaching Center in Holland Park with the Carringtons. She has a full time practice teaching in Chiswick, West London organizing regular Running workshops and has taught Alexander principles to skiers in France and Switzerland . She teaches students for all walks of life .Every August she teaches on an intensive weekend workshop for beginners with Fanny Gsteiger in Lausane Switzerland.
The realization that vision has a great part to play in performance and `use of the self` led Elizabeth to organize some workshops for her Alexander students with Brigitte Cavadias and then to go on a train as a Bates Method teacher with Brigitte in 2012. She can teach Bates and Alexander Technique in English or French.
