Diana Miller teaches Alexander Technique from a studio in Forest Row, East Sussex. Diana works with her pupils on a one-to-one basis and has been teaching the Technique for ten years. After graduating from the Brighton Alexander Technique College, where she trained in the Carrington tradition, Diana worked as a teaching assistant for a couple of years in the College. Diana then started up her own practice, where she works with a wide range of pupils, including children and those with neck and back pain, those recuperating from injury or illness, horse riders, performing artists, musicians and also those who practice the Technique in order to improve the quality of their life. Diana is a full member of STAT (Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique) and is a fully insured, qualified teacher. Diana is happy to answer any questions you may have about the Alexander Technique in relation to your own situation.
