Cathy Sommer

Cathy Sommer is an Alexander Technique teacher, music teacher and violinist. After 7 years of studying and working in the UK (London and Edinburgh), she is back in Estonia, in her hometown Pärnu, continuing to also teach online. She trained in NYC and London-based STAT-certified training schools. Amongst her many teachers are Anthony Kingsley, Ted Dimon and the late Ruth Murray. She is passionate about mental health, trauma work and emotional healing side of the Alexander Technique; as well as nerve damage, rehabilitation and personal growth. Read more on her website.
