Cath completed 3 years training at Edinburgh Alexander Teacher Training School (EATS) and is a fully accredited member of The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT)

The Alexander Technique is a mind/body educational method that can help enhance our wellbeing, coordination and balance as well as freedom and ease in movement.AT lessons enable you to unlearn patterns/habits that are no longer helpful, and explore alternative ways of being, thinking, moving.

Lessons are 40 mins to an hour long and are usually 1:1.

I offer individual lessons and small group classes.

I am based at The Haven, Market Square, Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. and Rosemount (Complimentary Therapies) Centre, 1c Mount Street, Aberdeen.
