Chariclia Gounaris

Chariclia Gounaris qualified as a teacher of the Alexander Technique from Walter Carrington's Teacher's Training Course The Constructive Teaching Center, London, in 1967.

- taught the technique in Denmark for forty consecutive years 1969-2009.

- ran STAT approved teacher training courses in Denmark 1979-1993.

- prime mover in setting up the Danish Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (DFLAT) in the 1980s.

- founded Novis Publications in Denmark in 1995 (www.novis.dk).

- since November 2020 regular visiting teacher at the Alexander Technique Center Athens (www.atcenter.gr)

- since 2022 first Assistant Teacher at www.atcenter.gr

- still working on publishing projects.
