I had my first Alexander Technique lessons in 2002.  After exploring, and practicing professionally, other holistic health modalities, I trained as an Alexander Technique Teacher with Anthony Kingsley in London, graduating in 2024.  
I continue to develop my understanding and embodiment of the Alexander Technique through my private practice as a Visiting Practitioner at Wellness Centres in Asia, and though further study with Masters of the Alexander Technique.
