Clemmie Hopkinson

I am Clemmie Hopkinson, an Alexander Technique teacher living and working in Nevern, Pembrokeshire. In addition I teach monthly in Monmouthshire. I also specialise in teaching the Technique to horse riders, and travel to do so. I originally came to the Technique through riding myself, and went on to complete a three year teacher training course at the Bristol Alexander School. The Technique has enriched my life in so many ways and I am passionate about showing other people how valuable it can be for them. I am also a Reiki practitioner and can offer Reiki sessions either in conjunction with AT lessons or on their own.
