Andy Smith

I came to the Alexander Technique after suffering from years of back pain and the results were so good that I decided to train as a teacher. I am particularly interested in movement and performance in relation to Alexander and, as well as teaching one-to-one lessons, also offer Alexander-based running lessons and workshops in West Kent and London. I have experience working with musicians, having assisted in the Alexander department at the Royal College of Music, and also have a particular interest in working with people with Joint Hypermobility Syndrome.
