Ms Merissa Fuentes

Merissa is former ballet dancer and actor who pushed herself to injury trying to do everything right.

A Master's degree in Classical Acting from LAMDA introduced me to the technique and resolved my 15 years of living with dance related pain. Upon completely my acting degree I moved straight into the Alexander Technique and finished a rigorous, three-year training program in London. I studied at the Constructive Teaching Centre, and the Alexander Teacher Training School. I am STAT and AmSAT certified in the Alexander Technique, and taught in the UK before making my home in Seattle.

If you’re an executive, manager, or business professional whom wants to end pain, improve posture, and find new ease and confidence, I can help. I also love to work with actors, dancers, musicians and other performers, and bring my experiences as a creative to those lessons.
