Carolyn Simon

Carolyn is an Alexander Technique teacher with over 25 years experience. She gives private lessons Monday to Friday from her practice in Hampstead Garden Suburb, London NW11, and also runs introductory workshops. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, including children and teenagers, and has completed trainings in working with people with hypermobility and Parkinson's.

Carolyn is CNHC registered. She has an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University, and a background in training and development.
