I am dedicated to helping people overcome pain, improve their health, fitness and sense of wellbeing. As a keen runner, I was introduced to the Technique in 2001 by Malcolm Balk, author of the bestselling Alexander Technique guide to running "Master the Art of Running" and discovered the benefits of how to move well. This is at the heart of my practice and what I love to share with my clients. I have a special interest in applying the Technique to running and walking so that these activities becoming easier and more enjoyable. Having worked for over 15 years with Malcolm Balk and other international performance coaches, I have developed the "Technique First" programme to help runners minimise injury and improve their performance. As well as one to one lessons I also offer introductory sessions for workplace wellbeing programmes.
