Foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine: It forms the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine, working with Qi to energize the body's meridians and promote overall well-being.

Moving Meditation: A dynamic moving meditation, QiGong involves slow, intentional movements suitable for all levels, respecting individual limitations and abilities.

Balancing Qi: By connecting with the breath and engaging in ancient movements, participants cultivate and balance their energy, fostering harmony with oneself and the natural world.

Throughout the course, you will explore many different traditions of QiGong, such as:

  • Wild Goose - aims to strengthens the immune system
  • Wu Xing (Elemental QiGong) - Explores the five elements for holistic balance.
  • The 8 Brocades - Traditional set of exercises for overall well-being
  • The 18 Forms - Specifically designed to assist with back pain, hypertension, and lung conditions.
  • Animal Frolics and More
