OPEN DAYS @ Alexander Technique Imperial Wharf and The Constructive Teaching Centre

The Alexander Technique is a well-established educational method for improving freedom of movement and enhancing performance in all activities of living. The Constructive Teaching Centre is home to the oldest Alexander Technique teacher training course in the world, founded in 1960. In 2010 it became a charity (the Walter Carrington Educational Trust).

The centre and Alexander Technique teacher training course will be open for any visitors to drop in at the above times with various teachers being present on the different days.
