This is a short course to introduce you to the benefits of applying the AT to your life. You will learn how to use the technique to reduce pain, tension and stress, improve posture and balance and give you an experience of the physical freedom you already have. Classes are small so there is lots of practical work and experience as well as discussions and other simple activities with a group of like-minded explorers. It's practical, fun and sociable.
