Entry requirements
Conversational English, No previous experience of the Alexander Technique is needed.
Average mobility (walking and sitting).

There will be some lying down on the floor.

Loose clothing and flat shoes are preferable.

As learning the technique requires hands on work a course of individual lessons is the best way to learn how to apply the Alexander technique consistently in every day life.
