Learn how to run well in this 4-week course.

If you love to run (or love the idea of running), but the reality is hard work, causes repetitive injuries or just doesn't feel good then join me for this course.

Designed to give you tools to help you learn how to run with more ease and skill and find greater freedom and fun in your run.

Great for new runners who are just starting out or for experienced runners who want to improve their form.


Fridays from 9.30am - 10.30am starting 29th September 2017 and running for four weeks.

Course fee: £30 for 4 weeks.

Location: Durdham Downs, Bristol

I started the Alexander Technique due to slight scoliosis and a stretched nerve in my left lower back and I thought it would improve my posture which could only help my injury! I've got far more out of the technique than just improved posture! The first thing that I've learned is how to work with my Alexander Technique teacher and my body to control the pain! When the horrible muscle spasms start, I can now use breathing to help instead of lying on the floor helpless.
