This workshop will:
Introduce you to the principles of the Alexander Technique
- Provide practical tips to enable you to take care of your posture, whether sitting, standing or in activity
- Begin to raise your body awareness in order to avoid or alleviate all-too-common problems such as back, neck and shoulder pain
- Point the way to feeling calmer and more relaxed, and able to deal more confidently with stressful situations
It is designed to be a lively, interactive and enjoyable learning experience.
